Good sized next store. Amazing place if you want Hawaiian shirts, but not much furniture. I’d been to the local Next in my hometown and kinda liked their home section esp their furniture . This was clearly a bigger branch so I thought I’d pop in and see what they had however the home section is really small. But generally an ok branch of Next.

My experience going to tesco one evening when they asked for only cash 💸 i stand dear and see some people very up set and they do their shopping 🛍 and they have their children's with them and they did not have the money only cards I feel the pain for them , so i.stand by the door and keeping them calm. Some of them are gentle smiles and relaxed and i was so happy to help them in my Community i visit tesco to buy not all the time But to noisy to see if they keeping it cleaned but plent of people are happy to shop dear 😊 ok Merry Christmas and a Happy Newyear 😊 to every one that shopping at tesco in Harlesden one love ❤️ loves you all Euphemia,christie

great selection of mens clothing, pretty good value for your money, styles are very up to date, more towards younger customers. one stop shop if you need a new wardrobe. the store is kept reasonably clean and organized. can be busy at times at the till, overall, a well maintained store.

The security guy was rude ,she questioned me ,why you take photo show me the video you recorded ,she tried to force me to take my phone and check what is inside or call the security and she did 🤦🏼‍♀️ she embarrassed me,the people were watching and my fault was taking photos. I was having a good time . She just messed my day up . 😔 …

My experience with Next was disappointing. The customer service was lacking, with unhelpful and indifferent staff. The product quality did not match the price, as I encountered issues with durability and craftsmanship. Delivery delays further added to the frustration, and attempts to address concerns were met with unresponsiveness. Overall, the overall shopping experience fell far short of expectations, and I would caution others to consider alternatives for better service and value. One star reflects the subpar experience encountered with Next.

Helpful staff and would get top marks but another Next store that has a limited women’s range. Next, please stop closing stores. Many of us like to see things in person. This store also has one of those annoying self checkout online order things. Obviously nobody wants to use a grubby touchscreen to pick up an order !

The store as expected is great, although the snooty young "Asian" (yes I'm treading carefully) who thought she owned the store could definitely be a missing part of the display. The store gets a 5 star for presentation. The only staff member we came into contact with, gets a 2... She did her job, but her attitude stinks.

Rude customer service from the blonde, chavvy woman at the self collection section. When she got to my parcel, she said, “I’m not even going to bother to pretend I know how to pronounce this name”, before deciding to hand another customer their parcel instead. Real charmer!
